Returns & Warranty
We want you to be happy with your purchase from RECOVERFUN. If you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
- The product must be accompanied by a proof of purchase (such as a receipt or invoice).
- The product must be shipped back to us at your own expense.
- The product must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at email@example.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange. We will provide you with instructions on how to ship the product back to us. Once we receive the product, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 10 business days.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that are damaged due to misuse, abuse, negligence, modification or unauthorized repair. We also do not accept returns or exchanges for products that are lost or stolen during transit. We are not responsible for any products that are returned to us without our prior authorization.
We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not comply with our policy.
If you wish to exchange your product for another product of equal or lesser value, you can do so within 30 days of delivery, subject to the same conditions as above. If you wish to exchange your product for a product of higher value, you will need to pay the difference in price.
If you are approved for a refund, we will issue your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days of us confirming your refund, please check your bank account or credit card statement again. Then contact your bank or credit card company, as there may be some processing time before your refund is posted.

We offer a one-year limited warranty for our products. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. This warranty does not cover any damage or malfunction caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, modification or unauthorized repair. This warranty also does not cover any damage or malfunction caused by natural disasters, accidents, power surges or other external factors.

How can I check my RecoverFun warranty status?
If you purchased your RecoverFun directly from www.recoverfun.com, your warranty is automatically registered.
What does the RecoverFun warranty cover?
RecoverFun products are made with high-quality components engineered for durability. If any defects occur, your limited warranty includes:
- 1 year coverage for the RecoverFun device and motor
- 6 months coverage for RecoverFun lithium-ion batteries
- 90 days coverage for RecoverFun massage attachments (replacement attachments can be ordered at www.recoverfun.com)
To claim the warranty, you must contact us at email@example.com with your order number and a description of the problem. We will provide you with instructions on how to ship the product back to us for inspection and repair or replacement. You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product to us. We will cover the shipping costs of sending the repaired or replaced product back to you.
We reserve the right to deny any warranty claim if we determine that the product is not defective or is not covered by the warranty. We also reserve the right to use refurbished or equivalent parts or products for any repair or replacement.
