What Shipping Company Does Recoverfun Use?

Recoverfun employs a comprehensive logistics system under which it has partnerships with many world-leading international shipping companies including but not limited to DHL, EMS, UPS, Fedex,GLS, DPD, and TOLL. to offer fast and convenient delivery to more than 200 countries.

How much does shipping cost? 

The prices of our products vary according to the type, location, shipping method, and warehouse you selected. You can view the shipping fees at checkout.

How long does it take to receive the order?

Please note that we require 1 to 2 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, For the USA, Canada, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, the estimated delivery time is between 3 to 7 business days. For European countries, the estimated delivery time is 10 to 15 business days. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

Can you ship to my country?

We can ship our products to almost every country and can offer a free shipping service for most of them.If you are not able to order, please don’t hesitate to contact us at info@recoverfun.com for a solution.

Why can I not select free shipping for my country?

We do not offer free shipping to some countries where we can not guarantee a cheap or reliable delivery service. However, we strive for increasing the number of countries eligible for our free shipping service, and you may discover that this option is available for your country in the near future. 

What if my address is in a remote area service express delivery?

We offer free shipping to most places in the world, but some places are still in remote area service of express delivery.And these carriers can only offer the service with a $45 extra fee per delivery.So you might need to pay for this extra fee for where if you insist on shipping to.Or you can offer us other addresses in the normal service area of express delivery.

WARRANTY STATEMENT

How do i check my RecoverFun warranty?
If you purchased the RecoverFun directly at www.recoverfun.com, your warranty will have automatically registered.

What is RecoverFun warranty covered ?
RecoverFun products are manufactured with high-quality parts designed to last. If any malfunctions occur, your limited warranty covers:
• RecoverFun Device & Motor - 1 years
• RecoverFun Lithium-ion batteries - 6 months of warranty except in the case of    non-original company charger usage that eventually leads to;
1. A shorter battery lifespan,
2. Faulty Charging System,
3. Battery Lasting temporary even on a full charge, 
4. Circuit damage leading to failure in switching ON/OFF,
5. Electric Shock,
6. Fire

Suggestion:

1. When you don't use the product for a long time, turn it off and keep the battery charged to increase the battery lifespan. Store it in a safe, cool and dry place.
2. Charge the product every 3 months if you do not use it for a long time. A charged battery prevents self-discharging over a long period.

The equipment is manufactured from the time of purchase. If the product fails due to defects in materials or design process within one year, the company will repair or replace parts or replace new products for free, except in the following cases:

1.Improper human use or damage to the equipment caused by transportation.

2.Unauthorized disassembly and repair of this equipment.

3.Failure to follow the instructions.

4.The product is damaged due to the abnormal storage or maintenance environment of the customer.

5.If the proof of purchase date is not provided, the company will have the right to refuse the warranty.
